RATES

Administering an oath or affirmation (notarizing an affidavit), including certificate and seal: $10.00
 

Swearing a witness to a deposition: $10.00

​

Taking an acknowledgement or proof of a deed:

  • 1-4 signatures $10.00 each

  • Additional signatures: $5.00

​

Other instruments in writing for registration and seal:

  • 1-4 signatures $10.00 each

  • Additional signatures: $5.00

​

Protesting a bill or note:

  • Certificate and seal: $10.00

  • Each notice: $10.00    
    (*Mobile notary protest services not offered*)

Mobile Notary Travel Charge:

  • $15 for up to 15 miles

  • $$30 for up to 30 miles

  • Call for pricing over 30 miles 

 

If you need a witness for your document there is a $25 per witness fee.
